Chris and Kristina’s perfect wedding at The Nines and The Portland Art Museum was gorgeous! Isn’t Kristina’s black bow the coolest wedding dress accessory you’ve seen? Everything from the watercolored name settings to the beautiful flowers were just right! Thanks so much to Ashley Forrette for having me shoot this awesome wedding with you!

Jason and Ashley’s gorgeous wedding took place at Ashley’s parents property in Leavenworth, WA. The setting couldn’t have been more magnificent with the mountains, the river, and all the beautiful trees surrounding the wedding celebration! Ashley scouted for months and months to collect vintage dinner plates, which were the perfect addition to the table settings! Their cupcake display and cupcakes were to die for! I don’t know if I’ve seen a cooler display of cupcakes! Ashley’s purple themed wedding was constant in everything from the lanterns, flowers, to their table decor! It was a beautiful celebration filled with so much love and happiness!

Dylan and Anna’s wedding was full of so much wonderful emotion, beauty, and amazing friends and family! I met Dylan and Anna last fall for their super fun engagement session with all the fall colors, and I instantly fell for these two! They have such a strong connection, and I couldn’t be happier for them! Their ceremony took place at the Bell Tower Chapel and they had their reception at the McLean House in West Linn. They put so many cute touches to their wedding, from succulents for the table centerpieces, DIY name place settings, to the take home jam with their names on it! Pearl and Roses Wedding Planning helped coordinate and make their day go perfectly smooth! Dylan is a wedding videographer, Dylan Morgan Films, and had his crew document his amazing wedding day!

Meghan and Dustin’s wedding day was wonderful! Their ceremony at St. Patrick’s Historic Catholic Church had beautiful flower garlands and wreaths around. A bagpiper played while guests arrived to the ceremony and the black and white theme was seen throughout the day! Their table centerpieces at their reception at Waverely Country Club were spectacular! I love the garden geraniums! Meghan’s beautiful dress and bolero are designed and created from the talented Elizabeth Dye of The English Department. The grounds at Waverley Country Club are gorgeous and were the perfect backdrop for their lovely wedding!
{ sahlia + josh, montana wedding, flathead lake lodge }

Montana is a special place for both Sahlia and Josh. Josh’s family owns a cabin on Swam Lake, where during the summers, Sahlia and Josh would vacation. It’s the same place Josh proposed, and deciding to do a destination wedding in Montana at Flathead Lake Lodge was perfect! Sahlia is an incredible jewelry designer in Portland; she creates both every day pieces and a gorgeous bridal line. Sahlia, her bridesmaids, and much of the family were all decked out in her beautiful jewels! The ceremony began with the bridesmaids and Sahlia coming through the lake on beautiful Chris Craft boats. Their guests left sweet notes on rocks that Sahlia and Josh had collected around Flathead Lake and Swan Lake in Montana. Just as the sun was setting into the night, their guests lined the dock with sparklers as Sahlia and Josh made their exit back to their hotel on boat! The entire weekend was filled with joy, excitement, love, and so much happiness!

Sahlia and Josh, along with their family and friends, planned an amazing destination wedding celebration weekend! The day before the wedding kicked off with a relaxing day at Josh’s family cabin on Swan Lake. All their guests were invited to play in the water, eat good food, and enjoy each others company before the wedding festivities began the next day! And Sahlia’s Dad surprised the guests with a firework show at the end of the night!

Talk about perfect DIY wedding details and inspiration! Everywhere you turned, Anna & Ivalle’s amazing wedding DIY details were there! These two, along with help from so many of their friends, family, and Hitched Weddings and Events, designed an incredible wedding day filled with so much beauty! They started their day getting ready at The Nines downtown, where Anna hung the cutest little door hanger signs she made for the bride and groom’s “headquarters.” Her bridesmaids dresses were gorgeously displayed with a personal hanger and name tag! And the shoes, oh the shoes! The bridesmaids were all in yellow, and Anna had red ceremony and blue receptions shoes, both with “I Do” stickers on the bottom! They are friends with the owners of a local wooden sunglasses company, Shwood, which all the groomsmen received as gifts in the chic billiards room at the Nines. Everyone boarded the party bus to Sah-Hah-Lee Golf Course, where Anna and Ivalle both literally and figuratively, “tied the knot,” and which was filled with DIY heavenly details and gorgeous flowers from Ink and Peat and celebrated the night away!

Kelsey and Harrison are the perfect match! They met in college and did long distance for a bit, but nothing could keep them apart! Both from Washington, they recently moved to Portland to start their lives together. The Reserve Vineyards and Golf Club was the perfect setting for their very sweet engagement session! I adore these two!

Kimberly and Reid’s wedding at Horning’s Hideout was so full of love, wonderful people, and happiness! Kim and Reid are the perfect fit and I’m so happy these two will share the rest of their lives together! Horning’s Hideout has wild peacocks that roam the property, which was the perfect theme for their wedding. Kim and Reid’s amazingly unique wedding rings were custom made from trees and stones from their respective homes in eastern Oregon! Isn’t that such a meaningful way to have your wedding rings made? Kim’s wedding dress was bought from an organization called, Camp Happy Days, similar to Make A Wish Foundation. They put together programs for children with cancer. Having lost her niece to cancer last October, it was an extremely meaningful purchase for Kimberly. They put together a DIY photo booth filled with awesome outfits, which was a huge hit of the night! I adore these two and couldn’t be happier for them!
